To assign your defective device it is vital that you solicit a RMA number from our support team before returning the device.
Hereinafter we describe how to proceed in case of a defect in your device in order to ensure a quick repair.
Please follow these instructions exactly, so there is no delay in the repair of your device.
- If not already done, please first get in touch with our service department by telephone
(+49 351 8266-100) or e-mail.
- An error diagnostics / support will ensue by one of our technicians. You will receive, if necessary, a RMA number generated by TTE Europe.
- Please fill in the RMA form carefully and send it to TTE Europe together with the device.
- Do not forget to write the serial number of your unit in the RMA form!
- Ship the defective device to:

- Please, by all means, enclose the RMA form with the consignment.
- You will receive an acknowledgment of receipt.
